Passport Photos

Poor Nicholas wasn’t too happy to have his picture taken for his passport. First, we made him take off his hat. Then, he had to stand on the chair without mom or dad and look right at the camera. He’s normally apprehensive of new people and situations, so this was just too much for him. We consoled him as best we could and stayed as close-just out of the picture. Fortunately, this was at a small, not very busy AAA office and the lady doing the pictures was very patient. She just kept taking pictures, about 6 in all, until she got one where’s he looking at the camera. He may be crying, but at least he’s looking! And that’s all that counts!

Philip’s turned out better.
